Bill & Ted Forget the Lyrics, next sequel follows aging rockers on reunion tour

With the intense anticipation surrounding the return of 80’s icons Bill S. Preston, Esquire and Ted Theodore Logan this Summer, the producers, cast and creators have already decided to launch another sequel in 20 years, when the stars, Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, will be 77 and 76, respectively. Following in the footsteps of rock and roll legends such as the Rolling Stones, the titular characters will launch a reunion and farewell tour of their band, only once again… it’s to save the future.

The rumored plot is that as is sometimes the case, the aging rockers will have trouble remembering the lyrics to some of their most famous songs, and after an embarrassing concert where they mumbled through their setlist at a sold out stadium in Cleveland… their legacy, as well as the future, becomes endangered, and they must once again use their time-traveling phone booth to fix everything.

The film is expected to hit theaters in Summer of 2041.
